How much does lawn mowing cost?
Every mow includes lawn mowing, edging, and blowing off all hard surfaces, no hidden fees. Pricing is based on lawn size:
Small (under 4,000 sq ft):
$40/visit weekly | $55/visit biweekly
Medium (4,000–5,000 sq ft):
$50/visit weekly | $75/visit biweekly
Large (5,000–8,000 sq ft):
$80/visit weekly | $120/visit biweekly
First mow / overgrown lawns: If your lawn hasn't been maintained recently, the initial visit is billed at $1.50 per man-minute to get your property up to standard. After that, your regular recurring rate applies.

Do you offer aeration and dethatching, and how much does it cost?
Yes! We offer spring aeration and fall dethatching to keep your lawn healthy year-round. Pricing is based on lawn size:
Aeration (Spring):
Small (under 4,000 sq ft): $200
Medium (4,000–5,000 sq ft): $249
Large (5,000–8,000 sq ft): $349
Dethatching (Fall):
Small (under 4,000 sq ft): $320
Medium (4,000–5,000 sq ft): $425
Large (5,000–8,000 sq ft): $695

How quickly can you start, and what can I expect as a new client?
Most new mowing clients are on the schedule within 1 week. For larger one-time cleanups, we typically get you scheduled within 1–2 weeks depending on scope.
Once you're signed up, you'll have access to your own client portal where you can view invoices, receipts, upcoming service dates, and even request additional services, all in one place.
Do you have a pet waste policy?
We love dogs, we just don't love surprises! We ask that all pet waste be picked up from the lawn before we arrive. If you need a hand, we offer pet waste pickup as an add-on for existing mowing customers:
$14/visit for weekly mowing customers
$34/visit for biweekly mowing customers
